Miso Paste and Tofu Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 block of tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables of your choice (such as bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots)
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
  • Pour the miso mixture over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
