Miso Paste and Tofu Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cups chopped vegetables of your choice (such as bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots)
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
- Pour the miso mixture over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve the miso paste and tofu stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
